Security Guard Hired to Harass and Monitor Black Family for Allegedly Sleeping in their Vehicle, Filmed Sleeping in Vehicle for Hours While Getting Paid.

Rather than addressing resident concerns in good faith, management engaged in retaliation and intimidation, including:
    1.    Security Theater – On March 8, 2025, management hired private security following my protected complaints. The guard was documented asleep in his car, showing this was not a genuine safety measure but retaliatory posturing against a tenant asserting legal rights.
    2.    Discriminatory Enforcement and Harassment – On March 6, 2025, I was served with a “3-Day Notice to Permanently Perform Covenant or Quit,” which later became the basis of an Unlawful Detainer (eviction) action filed against me. This was not a good-faith enforcement of lease terms but a retaliatory measure directly tied to my protected activities. I was also denied access to my tenant file and subjected to unequal treatment.
